Yoga & My True Nature

Surinder Singh is currently the most famous and recognized Hatha Yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India - the Yoga Capital of the World. Founder and Director of the Swasti Yoga School, he teaches YTT and regular classes for students from all over the world, who travel to India to receive first-hand one of the purest and most spiritual teachings of Yoga.

OM Yoga Guatemala is pleased to have Surinder back for the third time in three years to share a 5-day retreat to explore further the depth of Yoga and the opportunity it gives us to connect to our truth and inner nature.

Our destination: Rio Dulce, Izabal, is a space that offers us an impressive and varied natural environment, supporting the objective of this Yoga space, where we integrate the natural connection, both external and internal. An important merger to expand the personal and group experience of each participant.

Connection is possible when you allow yourself to take space out of your routine and open yourself to this space of growth and transformation and then take it to your daily life.

The Experience

5 Day Retreat in Zapotaso Eco Lodge, Rio Dulce, Izabal, Guatemala

An experience to explore, root and evolve with Hatha Yoga and the invitation to connect with your inner nature and the encounter with Your truth.

In this retreat you will be able to delve deeper into the physical, mental and philosophical aspects of Yoga, and how to practice it and integrate it practically into your life.

We will delve into the biomechanics of the asanas-postures, in a theoretical-practical mode and its adjustments in relation to our body.

And we will be nourished by the Satsangs - talks - of Surinder where we will offer valuable teachings on the path of consciousness with its singular narrative, to enrich our practice in Yoga and in life.
